Nabe Unlimited Japanese Hotpot

Nabe is the Japanese word for pot, and for the meal that gathers a family around it. The Iloilo restaurant opened at North Grove, Molo, in November 2024, bringing that idea of togetherness to a city that already loves to eat in groups.

Each guest picks a broth from sixteen soup bases, with the tantan and tonkotsu as the crowd favourites, then keeps the hotpot going with unlimited meats, seafood and vegetables. Add the izakaya menu and the table fills with tempura, karaage, gyudon, yakitori and maki.

It is a family restaurant first, with room for long lunches and birthdays, and a VIP room for izakaya nights when the group wants the place to itself.
