Waterfront Seafood & Cocktails opened in 2023 on the Iloilo River Esplanade as the flagship of Waterfront Hospitality Group. The idea was simple: bring the best of the sea to the city’s most beautiful stretch of water, and serve it the way Ilonggos like to eat, generously and together.
The kitchen moves between fresh seafood and premium meats. King crab, Hokkaido oysters and a chilled seafood tower sit beside steaks, pasta and pizza, so a table can order broadly and share. The bar matches the menu with classic and house cocktails and a considered selection of spirits.
Choose the patio for river air and sunset, the dining room for cool comfort, or the private room for celebrations that call for a door of their own. Parking is ample, and the esplanade is a short walk away.
